📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the maintenance and repair of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.,Ensure the proper functioning of utilities such as water, electricity, and gas.,Manage and coordinate with contractors and vendors for maintenance services.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Monitor and report on maintenance costs and performance metrics.,Lead and mentor the maintenance team to ensure high performance and productivity.,Conduct regular inspections and audits of maintenance operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance and utilities management.,Proven track record of successfully managing maintenance operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.,Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools.
