📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including test scheduling, sample collection, and result reporting.
• Ensure compliance with national and international standards, such as ISO 15189 and GLP.
• Lead a team of laboratory technicians and support staff to deliver high-quality test results.
• Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures.
• Manage laboratory budgets and resources to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with clients, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies to ensure that our services meet their needs and requirements.
• Conduct regular training and development activities for laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze laboratory performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Certification in laboratory management, such as CLM (Certified Laboratory Manager) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory regulations, standards, and best practices, including ISO 15189 and GLP.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
• Proficient in using laboratory management software, such as LabArchives or similar systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
