📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage costs.
  • Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with the corporate office to ensure the restaurant meets all financial and operational targets.
  • Train and develop new restaurant staff to ensure they meet the required standards.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to customers.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of managing a team and driving sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.
