📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and performing necessary procedures.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient.
• Perform routine and specialized procedures such as tube feedings, suctioning, and chest compressions.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain up-to-date patient records using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and other aspects of neonatal care.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in neonatal care through ongoing education and training.
• Promote a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neonatal Nursing.
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse (e.g., SANE, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems such as SIMRS or similar.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and high-quality care to newborns.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a plus.
