📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain our sales database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.,Coordinate with our sales team to ensure timely and effective communication with customers.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations to support our sales strategy.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Support the sales team in preparing proposals and contracts for our metal works projects.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events and promotions.,Maintain and update our sales and marketing materials to reflect our latest products and services.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets and contributing to the overall sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in the manufacturing or metal works industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
