📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Creating and maintaining technical documentation for our products and services
  • Collaborating with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy
  • Developing user manuals, quick start guides, and other types of technical documentation
  • Ensuring that documentation is clear, concise, and easy to understand
  • Reviewing and editing documentation to maintain consistency and accuracy
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing
  • Providing training and support to internal teams as needed
  • Working with translation teams to ensure that documentation is available in multiple languages

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field
  • 2-4 years of experience in technical writing
  • Strong writing and editing skills
  • Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and concepts
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
