📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing inventory and stock levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Support the operations team in coordinating with suppliers and vendors for timely delivery of goods.,Assist in planning and organizing store events, promotions, and displays to enhance customer engagement.,Monitor and report on sales performance and inventory turnover to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.,Provide customer service and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.,Assist in the preparation and organization of merchandise for stocking and display.,Support the operations team in implementing and adhering to store policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or operations role, preferably in a similar environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.,Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and customers.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and sales reporting tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
