Diamond Seed Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gunung Kidul. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, managing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling and performance evaluation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Oversee inventory management and ordering to maintain optimal stock levels.,Train and develop front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure high-quality service.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant.,Monitor and report on restaurant performance metrics, such as sales, customer satisfaction, and staff turnover.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall strategic planning of the restaurant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proven track record of improving restaurant performance and customer satisfaction.,Fluency in English and Indonesian languages is required.
