📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily showroom operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of sales associates, providing training and support to ensure high performance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Ensure that the showroom is well-stocked and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
