📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-impact bioinformatics projects, from concept to completion, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals.
• Develop and implement bioinformatics strategies that leverage genomic data to drive innovation and solve complex problems.
• Analyze and interpret complex genomic data using industry-standard tools and software, such as R, Python, and Bioconductor.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of genomic solutions.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in bioinformatics, genomics, and data science, and apply this knowledge to drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
• Publish and present research findings at conferences and in scientific journals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genetics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in bioinformatics, with a strong background in genomics and data science.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact bioinformatics projects and delivering actionable insights.
• Expertise in industry-standard bioinformatics tools and software, such as R, Python, Bioconductor, and Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) analysis pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with genomic databases and annotation tools, such as Ensembl, NCBI, and UCSC Genome Browser.
• Certification in bioinformatics or a related field is a plus.
