📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage front-of-house operations, including dining rooms, bar, and takeaway services.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
• Train and develop front-of-house staff to maintain quality service levels.
• Manage staff schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
• Monitor food and beverage inventory levels and place orders as needed.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Assist in the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies for the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a front-of-house role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven experience in managing staff and ensuring high standards of service.
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Square, Toast, or Lightspeed is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of local regulations and compliance requirements.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
