Store Moon Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, addressing any conflicts or grievances in a fair and impartial manner.,Ensure compliance with all labor laws and company policies, conducting regular audits if necessary.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.,Experience in managing hybrid work environments is a plus.
