📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of BBQ dishes, including meats, vegetables, and marinades, using industry-standard techniques and equipment.
• Ensure all BBQ dishes are cooked to perfection and served promptly to customers.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new BBQ menu items.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest BBQ trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our dishes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining experience for all guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a BBQ Chef or similar role.
• Proven experience in preparing and cooking BBQ dishes using various techniques and equipment.
• Strong knowledge of meat preparation, seasoning, and cooking methods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with restaurant management systems and POS software.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
