📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are covered.,Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of event venues, including decorating and arranging seating.,Work closely with the Banquet Manager to ensure smooth operations and high standards of service.,Handle basic administrative tasks related to event planning and guest management.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety guidelines.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of event strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or a related field is a plus.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic event planning software and tools.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
