📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store operations including inventory control, staff scheduling, and daily tasks.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special offers.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and retail management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
