In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accounting operations, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of financial records.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Collaborate with external auditors and tax consultants to address audit issues and tax planning.,Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.,Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and Indonesian GAAP.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
