📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.,Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed.,Implement and maintain kitchen policies and procedures.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Lead Cook or similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen staff effectively.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work in a team and take initiative.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations.
