📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities in the dairy facilities.,Manage and mentor a team of maintenance technicians.,Ensure all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to prevent breakdowns and ensure safety.,Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of the facilities.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.,Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management.,Proven track record in leading and managing maintenance teams.,Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems and software.,Certifications in relevant maintenance standards and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with dairy industry specific equipment and processes.
