📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily water management operations, including monitoring water quality, managing water usage, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement water management strategies that align with the company's goals and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of water treatment facilities and infrastructure.
• Manage and supervise a team of engineers, technicians, and other staff to ensure efficient and effective water management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address water-related challenges and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
• Monitor and report on water usage, quality, and other key performance indicators.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance water management practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in water management, environmental compliance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in water treatment processes, environmental regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with water management software such as AquaChem, HACH, or similar.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required.
