📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and developing job descriptions and specifications.,Sourcing and attracting qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.,Scheduling and coordinating interviews and assessments.,Negotiating offers and onboarding new hires.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
