📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and software applications.,Monitor and troubleshoot network and system performance issues.,Ensure the security and integrity of the network and data.,Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems.,Provide training and documentation to end-users.,Maintain and update IT inventory and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with network protocols and security measures.,Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
