📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and attractive dining environment.,Train and develop staff to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service and meet the restaurant's quality standards.,Monitor sales and profitability, and implement strategies to improve performance.,Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure the availability of quality ingredients and products.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation for the restaurant.,Participate in the development and implementation of the restaurant's marketing and promotional strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
