📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.,Control inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance and customer feedback.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.,Experience with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local regulations and health and safety standards.,Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
