📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their sales techniques and performance.,Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance the skills of the sales team.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to sales representatives.,Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the sales manager to set and achieve sales targets.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in sales and customer service.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and internal teams.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coaching or training.,Proven track record of successfully training and developing sales teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales performance metrics and data analysis tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
