OutForce BPO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team on a Work From Home (WFH) basis, operating in the AU time zone. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our quality assurance processes and help ensure the highest standards of product quality. The selected candidate will be responsible for testing software applications, identifying defects, and working closely with development teams to resolve issues. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify defects and ensure quality standards are met.,Write and execute test cases, test scripts, and test plans to ensure comprehensive coverage of all software functionalities.,Collaborate with development teams to resolve identified issues and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.,Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and patterns, and provide recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in the field of quality assurance.,Provide training and mentorship to junior QA engineers and other team members as needed.,Participate in code reviews and other quality assurance activities to ensure the highest standards of software quality.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on software testing.,Proven experience in working with agile methodologies and participating in sprint planning and reviews.,Strong knowledge of testing frameworks, tools, and techniques, including automated testing tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Familiarity with Australian time zone and ability to work during AU shift hours.,Fluency in English is a must.
