As an Accounting Staff, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, and providing valuable insights to support our strategic decision-making. You will work closely with our finance team, using your expertise in financial reporting and taxation to ensure our financial health and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports using Accurate accounting software.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of tax returns using Coretax.
• Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Maintain and update financial databases and ensure data integrity.
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial reporting and taxation.
• Proficiency in Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations.
• Experience with Accurate accounting software and Coretax.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is a plus.
