📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Coordinate and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of construction drawings and documents.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably in high-end construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
- Certification in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus.
