📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit customer locations to collect outstanding payments and resolve payment issues.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure timely and complete collections.
• Document all collection activities and maintain accurate records using the company's collection management system.
• Provide exceptional customer service and communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
• Identify and address potential collection issues proactively to minimize delinquencies.
• Collaborate with the collections team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data protection and confidentiality.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of collection strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
• Familiarity with collection management software, such as Oracle, SAP, or similar systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field visits.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends as needed.
