📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all HRD activities, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide sound legal advice and support to the company.
- Develop and implement HRD policies and procedures.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.
- Conduct regular training and development programs for employees.
- Handle legal matters, including contract negotiations, litigation, and dispute resolution.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD and Legal roles.
- Certification in HRD (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) or Legal (e.g., SKEP) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using HRD software such as SAP SuccessFactors or BambooHR.
- Familiarity with legal software such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
