📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and oversee marine projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets using project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.
• Manage and mentor project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the marine industry.
• Prepare and present regular project updates and reports to stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marine project coordination or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of marine engineering principles and practices.
