📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain actuarial models for insurance products, including life, health, and property/casualty.
• Analyze and assess risks to ensure accurate pricing and underwriting decisions.
• Provide strategic advice to senior management on actuarial matters and insurance operations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, risk management, and finance teams to optimize financial performance.
• Use advanced actuarial software such as SAS, R, or Python to analyze data and generate insights.
• Prepare and present actuarial reports to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in actuarial science.
• Mentor and develop junior actuaries within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in actuarial roles, with a focus on corporate insurance.
• Professional certification in actuarial science, such as Associate (CAS), Fellow (FCAS), or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data.
• Proficiency in actuarial software such as SAS, R, or Python.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations and industry standards in Indonesia.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
