📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations.
• Oversee the preparation and submission of construction drawings and documents.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules and budgets.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of project deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural coordination, preferably in high-end construction projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software.
• Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with Indonesian construction regulations and standards.
• Certification in Project Management or Construction Management is a plus.
