• Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and supportive learning environment for young children.

• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of children's progress and attendance.
• Promote a positive and inclusive classroom culture that values diversity and individual differences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with young children in an educational setting.
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development theories and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, guardians, and other educators.
• Familiarity with play-based learning approaches and activities.
