📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide expert advice on gadgets and accessories to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with gadgets
- Assist in sales by recommending suitable products to customers

- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong knowledge of various gadgets and their functionalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel and work in different locations
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
