📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert advice on gadgets and accessories to customers
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with gadgets

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
• Strong knowledge of various gadgets and their functionalities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Willingness to travel and work in different locations
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
