• Perform daily cleaning tasks, including making beds, vacuuming, dusting, and restocking amenities.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in guest rooms, public areas, and common spaces.
• Handle special requests, such as preparing rooms for VIP guests or coordinating with housekeeping teams to ensure timely and efficient service.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and detergents, in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and damage, and report any issues to the front desk or maintenance team.
• Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in housekeeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies, such as vacuum cleaners, mops, and detergents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems (HMS) and property management systems (PMS).
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as vacuum cleaners and cleaning supplies.
• Valid ID and clean criminal record.
