📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the scheduling and coordination of heavy equipment transportation, ensuring timely and efficient lift on and lift off operations.
• Oversee the documentation and record-keeping of all lift on and lift off activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with drivers, foremen, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and safe operations.
• Monitor and report on the performance of lift on and lift off operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and operational protocols related to heavy equipment transportation.
• Assist in the training and development of new staff, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
• Collaborate with the logistics and manufacturing teams to optimize the lift on and lift off processes, improving overall operational efficiency.
• Participate in regular meetings and updates with stakeholders to discuss operational issues and implement solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the logistics and manufacturing industry.
• Certification in heavy equipment operations or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data management and reporting.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to heavy equipment transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and experience with heavy equipment transportation is a plus.
