📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain a robust client base through proactive outreach and relationship-building.
- Conduct market research to identify and understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present telecom products and services effectively, highlighting their benefits and value propositions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot to track and manage customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong command of Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Familiarity with CRM software and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid SIM card and reliable transportation for fieldwork.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Certification in sales techniques or customer service is a plus.
